More About Me
Real estate is not a “one-size-fits-all” proposition. No one understands this better than JoAnn Wiley. Having worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 20+ years, primarily with older adults, she understands the unique needs and wants of home buyers and sellers over age 50. After earning her real estate license in 2016, JoAnn knew she wanted to continue working with seniors. She was already on the Special Events Advisory Council for the City of Jacksonville (senior events), as well as the Florida Council for Aging. Earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors® was the logical next step. After completing this in-depth training program, JoAnn is able to advise her older customers on everything from senior housing options (active adult communities, aging in place, etc.) to innovative financing options such as reverse mortgages and the use of pensions, 401(k)s and IRAs in real estate transactions. She's even developed a proprietary Home Evaluation and Age in Place Home Inspection program to help customers better understand their options. When you're ready to move on to the next phase of your life, choose a real estate agent that understands the needs of older adults…JoAnn Wiley.
